Joanne Belknap and Scott Summers are excited to invite to meet Dr. Lisa Calderón who we hope to be Denver’s first woman mayor!

This event is FREE and drinks and snacks will be provided.

Lisa is a Denver native who has been very active in our community her entire life and holds both a law degree and a doctorate in education. She was less than 2% away from securing the second spot for a runoff in our last mayoral election, while spending the least per vote of any candidate.

Joanne has worked with Lisa for decades on projects including domestic violence services, Denver’s first and very successful reentry from jail-to-community program in Denver (Lisa was the Executive Director), and Denver police accountability.

The location is in LoDo and parking is $10 after 6:00 PM in the building. (There is some free parking along some of the streets without driving too far.) An RSVP on EventBrite is necessary to attend this free event.
